Ah sit down with me a minute and let's talk about video games.

I haven't played a game really hardcore since... since... well I can't really remember. I know I was playing n64 every night while in high school.

So what happened Erica? Well college happened I guess...

I pretty much completely missed all of gamecube, and when I looked up again the Wii was coming out.

So I missed the other Mariokarts. Now we have a Wii. Matt plays stuff all the time (when he's not hardcore crunching on Saints Row 2), and when he brought home Mario Galaxy we discovered the delights of girlfriend mode. Lulz.

I was quite happy to collect starbits and stun enemies while Matt did all the hard parts. ^^ Also Mariokart Wii is awesome. Rosalina is cool. I love the sexy biker princess outfits with the hearts hidden under their hair.

I wish we could get the Wii to connect to the internet but it won't for some reason. I want to race my friends!

Peach is cool, but I've always loved Daisy more. Ever since Mario Kart on the GC. But this is awsome! you did an amazing job on her hair, and the bike itself is pure brillaint. (I couldnt draw a bike that well at my current level, no siree!) The shading is really soft but it works so beautifully together!

Daisy and Rosalina are my favs in the game. And this is simply beautiful. Rosalina has definately becomes one of my favorite Mario characters...but I wonder why she's considered a large character?

This is a pretty crazy over-the-top-shiny illustration, totally fitting with the game in my opinion. Excellent!

What is girlfriend mode? That sounds rather... risky shall we say?
Love the big ol' star- he/she/it is so cute! And how is that BG accomplished? Did you do it all by tedious hand, or is there a brush for that?
