Why must sea slugs be so pretty... @_@
This was done for , a most interesting commission that was right up my alley. xD I hadn't drawn nudibranchs as mermaids before, even though I've seen other people do it, so I'm glad I finally sat down and tried.
This is my first completed online commission, and I'm rather loathe to just stop working and say it's done. I keep staring at it thinking there's something I should fix ^_^;; It was interesting trying to match the natural colors of these very colorful and vibrantly patterned creatures. Still kinda iffy on the background...
Oh, that's cute! The background is fine, it doesn't distract from the main event, being the cute characters you got there.

Because seaslugs ARE so pretty! Looks wonderful, I can easily tell their species from your markings and colors, and it is interesting how you dealt with the nudibranch anatomy too.

Love... Hate... same thing. Only one ends with sporks and the other spifes. Which is which? The world may never know.
I love it so much Erica! It's perfect and they look just like the photos, so stop worrying

Tha background is pretty cool as well. I like how it's simple, yet you understand that it's an underwater sea scape.
