Recognizing that it's a (long-term?!) work in progress, I think that her body structure is fine, but it's the collar lines that make everything seem a little off. In the front, the one on the left (her right) looks very flat in comparison to the great shading that you have going everywhere else and neither of the front collars seem to follow the curves that you've suggested she has with your shading.

The collar bone area and her back seem a little off to me... It looks like the shoulder should be back farther to match it. I like the shadows in her skin though and her outfit is cute :>
